Job Description
The Director, Trusts & Corporate will provide advisory and fiduciary services to clients, develop new business relationships, and oversee the day-to-day management of client entities.
Requirements
- Act as a client Director on specific client cases
- Provide advisory and fiduciary services in accordance with client agreements and laws
- Develop new business relationships and enhance existing ones
- Manage and administer a portfolio of client entities
- Maintain relationships with clients and intermediaries
- Ensure financial targets are met
- Attend Management and Risk Committee meetings
- Assist with employee development and mentoring
- Maintain awareness of Group and local policies and procedures
- Comply with AML and compliance regulations
- Drive business development strategies
- Maintain the client portfolio and develop business opportunities
