Job Description
Instrumentation and Controls Engineer II responsible for executing IC&E workflow, leading asset automation and electrical teams, and coordinating with operations and engineering contractors. Based onsite at ExxonMobil Houston Campus in Spring, TX.
Requirements
- Strong background in Industrial Controls, Electrical Systems, Automation, or Instrumentation environments
- Experience supporting engineering workflows, electrical documentation, or facility projects
- Familiarity with Cause & Effect documentation, Single Line Drawings, Powerline Mapping, and Power Relay Settings
- Experience coordinating contractors, schedules, and multi-site workflows
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage reporting, progress tracking, and cost stewardship
Benefits
- $118.13/hr (1099)
- Traveling Per Diem: $100/day – to cover food and incidentals – Only applies when traveling
