Manager, Health and Safety, Production

RWS Global is seeking a Manager, Health and Safety, Production to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs for live experiences and productions. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience and expertise in delivering multi-site, cross-discipline HSE programs globally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Public Safety, Environmental Science or related discipline
• 5+ years of progressive experience in health and safety leadership, ideally within themed entertainment/theme parks, live production, cruise ship entertainment, or large-scale event industries
• Proven success managing multi-site, international, entertainment safety operations
• Certifications such as CSP, CHMM, CSHO or NEBOSH preferred
