Job Description
Event Operations Executive responsible for operational planning and execution of exhibitions, ensuring a seamless experience for exhibitors, visitors, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- First experience in event operations, project management, or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to support on-site during events
- Strong communication skills in German and English (min. B2/C1)
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with event tools is a plus
