RXA is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing campaigns for Australia’s premier conference & exhibition events. The role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, leading a team of marketing executives, and managing marketing budgets.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels
- Marketing degree or equivalent direct marketing qualification essential
- Experience with budgets and financial forecasting with the ability to deliver on challenging revenue targets
- Community management and retention experience through the implementation of strong engagement initiatives
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to develop meaningful insights and strategies
- High level of attention to detail with excellent organisation and time management skills to deliver to competing deadlines
- Excellent communication skills along with proven internal and external relationship building skills
- A strong, autonomous work ethic with a high drive for success; an enthusiastic team mentality
