About RXMG: We're a performance marketing company that helps leading brands acquire and engage customers through data-driven, multi-channel marketing. We're seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to grow and manage our affiliate publisher network. The ideal candidate has established relationships within the affiliate marketing ecosystem and a strong track record of sourcing and developing publisher relationships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or partnership development
- Proven success recruiting and managing affiliate publishers
- Established relationships with affiliate publishers or media buyers
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Experience working with affiliate tracking platforms (HitPath, Everflow, RedTrack, Cake, or similar)
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing metrics including CPA, EPC, margin, and performance economics
