Associate Specialist, Carrier Sales

Role Overview

As an Associate Specialist, Carrier Procurement at RXO, you will source, negotiate, and secure carriers to move available freight in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will cultivate strong core carrier relationships, maintain continuous communication with carriers and customers, and ensure a high-quality freight movement process.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day will involve negotiating and securing carriers, maintaining communication with carriers and customers, scheduling pickup and delivery appointment times, and tracking back-end billing and invoicing.

You'll need 1 year of relevant experience, and it'd be great if you also have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience, 1 year of sales or customer service experience, and the ability to exercise judgment and discretion while functioning independently within authorized limits.
