Job description
The Transport Supervisor oversees daily transport operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective movement of goods, vehicles, and drivers. This role plays a key part in maintaining service quality, meeting delivery targets, and ensuring compliance with transport regulations.
Coordinate daily transport operations, monitor fleet performance, lead and support drivers, track deliveries and collections, maintain accurate transport records, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience in transport, logistics, or fleet supervision, strong knowledge of transport regulations, excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, and confident communication skills.
