Transportation Supervisor- Afternoons

Role Overview

As a Supervisor, Transportation at RXO, you will coordinate and handle a variety of transportation activities, as well as supervise day-to-day transportation operations and strive to meet or exceed customer expectations.

What You Will Do

Act as a liaison for Transportation, Operations, carriers, vendors, and customers; lead and supervise transportation staff; perform routing, planning, and tracking duties of orders and shipments; investigate and resolve issues submitted by customers, carriers, and/or clients.

Why It Might Be a Fit

At a minimum, you’ll need 5 years of transportation or supply chain experience; experience with Microsoft Office and Windows applications; ability to create complex formulas in Excel. It’d be great if you also have a Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of supervisory experience.

Requirements

• 5 years of transportation or supply chain experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows applications with ability to create complex formulas in Excel
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel
• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
