Job Description
We're seeking a motivated IT Intern to join our team, where you'll gain hands-on experience in technical support, hardware lifecycle management, and CRM data integrity.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Exposure to Salesforce (preferred) or a strong desire to become proficient in CRM-based ticketing systems.
- Solid understanding of hardware components and Windows/Mac operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both office staff and field technicians.
- Detail-Oriented: A disciplined approach to inventory management and data entry.
