Lawn Care Trainee/Specialist

Ryan Lawn & Tree is hiring a Turf Trainee/Specialist to provide excellent customer service, manage a route of 400-500 customers, and diagnose and provide solutions for lawn care problems. The role involves working in a team environment and independently, with a focus on turfgrass practices and customer satisfaction. Requirements

• Experience in horticulture, landscaping, customer service, or related fields
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to obtain DOT certification
• Ability to obtain and maintain state issued pesticide applicator license, turfgrass within 3 months
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
