Job Description
Senior Engineer - Full Stack position at Ryan, responsible for designing, developing, and delivering robust, scalable, and secure AI-driven software systems. Key responsibilities include software design and development, applications integration, cloud, DevOps & configuration, testing & automation, and architecture support. Required competencies include technical strength, solution ownership, collaboration & influence, and execution excellence. The ideal candidate has 6-9 years of software engineering experience, with a strong track record of building production-grade systems and demonstrated experience shipping AI/LLM-powered features.
