Vice President, Enterprise Applications and ERP Solutions

We are seeking a strategic, assertive, and delivery-focused Vice President, Enterprise Applications and ERP Solutions to lead the global strategy, governance, and execution of enterprise systems with a primary focus on ERP financial systems and enterprise application delivery.

Requirements

• Strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and results-oriented leadership.
• Assertive, hands-on leadership style with the ability to drive ERP and enterprise application delivery to completion.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge Finance, Accounting, and Technology stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in Workday Financials, including core modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expenses, Procurement, and Financial Reporting.
• Proven track record in delivering ERP and enterprise application programs on time, within budget, and aligned to financial and operational objectives.
• Vendor management, contract negotiation, and Workday partner ecosystem leadership experience.
• Ability to navigate organizational complexity and lead transformational change in a global environment.
