Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager at our Atlanta office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience managing multiple retail commercial construction projects valued at $5 million and up. Responsibilities include reading documents and contracts, writing subcontracts, negotiating and awarding subcontracts, and maintaining owner relations.
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience managing multiple retail commercial construction projects valued at $5 million and up.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to create material take-off's.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Highly organized, highly motivated and a detail-directed problem solver.
