Job Description
Rycon Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join their team in Las Colinas, Texas. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of relevant construction estimating experience and will be responsible for preparing detailed estimates, cultivating relationships with subcontractors and vendors, and collaborating with project management teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant construction estimating experience
- Diverse commercial project type experience
- Proficiency in BlueBeam and Excel
- Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, understand, and organize construction plans and specifications
