Customer Logistics Supervisor

Supervisor Logistics is responsible to supervise, coordinate and oversee logistics operations, provide coaching, development and training to the staff members, and ensure that the staff is performing to standard and making progress to achieve the business objectives.

Requirements

• Supervise and coordinate day to day logistics operations
• Plan and review logistics processes to meet company standards and customer service specifications
• Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities of the workers
• Meet regularly with team members to monitor progress, track performance, coach and counsel, and recognize team and individual successes
• Perform other duties as assigned
