
Job description
The Customer Logistics Supervisor is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and overseeing logistics operations, providing coaching and development to staff members, and ensuring that staff is performing to standard.
Supervise day-to-day logistics operations, plan and review logistics processes, establish work schedules, and coordinate activities of workers to ensure optimal shift/team logistics.
The successful candidate must be able to provide recommendations for improvements to the facility, equipment, machinery, and processes, and must be accountable for site Key Performance Indication (KPI).
