Dispatch Coordinator

Be a vital player for one of the largest and most recognizable names in Logistics, Transportation, Fleet Maintenance and Supply Chain Services in the World! Position is typically dedicated to a Dispatcher who exhibits exemplary dispatch skills within an account or location, with the intent to take on more responsibility.

Requirements

• Serves as a Lead Dispatchers to help guide/answer any questions throughout the course of the shift
• Addresses any customer issues and/or provides resolution to problems that are within the scope of work, otherwise engages management for help
• Backfills for dispatchers when needed
