The Operations Management Trainee (OMT) is an 18 to 24-month structured training program to develop leadership and operational knowledge. The position involves working collaboratively with different teams to gain insights into the business, processes, and strategies. This position will give you a chance to utilize your problem-solving abilities to help make good business decisions for the company.
Requirements
- Responsible for the customer relationship activities by providing quality customer interface, proactive customer management, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage running costs and maintenance overheads.
- Ensure accurate PM scheduling and follow up, breakdowns and vehicle status updates; oversee Technician work planning for efficiency, training, and flexibility.
