Fleet Maintenance Operations Supervisor - 2nd shift

The Operations Supervisor assists the Ops Manager/Sr. Ops Manager with the operations and personnel for a shift of a particular location. This role involves supervisory duties, workflow management, labor management, customer management, asset management, quality management, and financial management.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required
• Associate's degree preferred or 1-3 years or more experience in a maintenance operations environment required
• Bachelor's degree preferred or 1-3 years or more experience in a maintenance operations environment required
• Maintenance and Technical experience in a shop environment required
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with a Shop Management System preferred
• Microsoft Office intermediate preferred
