Manager - Implementation & Systems

We are hiring a Manager - Implementation & Systems to support Ryder's Startup Operations in our Supply Chain Solutions division. As a Manager - Implementation & Systems, you will lead system and training excellence at scale by coaching and developing teams while driving accountability across logistics operations. You will own the design and execution of logistics training strategies, including Train‐the‐Trainer programs that enable sustainable knowledge transfer. You will also act as the systems and process authority for WMS‐driven operations, supporting end users and resolving system and workflow challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or Business Administration
• 7 years or more in in systems implementation or logistics technology leadership
