Senior Logistics Manager

We are immediately hiring a Senior Logistics Manager to join our Ryder team. The incumbent will provide leadership for the Distribution Center and supervisors, and will have high level interface directly with the customer on a regular basis.

Requirements

• Experience with Terminal management and comfortable with customer engagement in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with oversight for multiple sites and comfortable traveling to our various locations based on customer needs; Expected travel 40 - 50%
• H.S. diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
• Master's degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation or related field preferred
• Five (5) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
• Five (5) years or more managing, leading and developing direct reports required
• Three (3) years or more Profit & Loss responsibility preferred
• One (1) year or more customer interaction preferred
