Senior Manager Continuous Improvement

Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Continuous Improvement Logistics Manager to manage a team of engineers across multiple customer locations. The role involves developing and executing strategy, scorecarding, and key performance indicator action plans. The ideal candidate will have experience with automation and a strong understanding of engineering and data analysis functions.

The Senior Manager will supervise a team of continuous improvement engineering and quality professionals, make employment decisions, and manage performance. They will lead the development and execution of strategy, scorecarding, and key performance indicator action plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management
• Ten (10) years or more of experience in the Distribution, Warehousing and/or Manufacturing, Transportation, Supply Chain Logistics industry
• Microsoft Office Suite skills with emphasis on Access, Excel, and PowerPoint & Visio
• Data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau) and database programming (SQL, DAX, etc.)
• Expertise in developing and managing: Leader Standard Work, Visual Management Systems, and Management Accountability Systems
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management operations, data analytics, Industrial Engineering, and Lean methods
