We are hiring a Senior Continuous Improvement Logistics Manager to manage a team of engineers across multiple customer locations. The role involves developing and executing strategy, scorecarding, and key performance indicator action plans. The ideal candidate will have experience with automation and a strong understanding of engineering and data analysis functions.
The Senior Manager will supervise a team of continuous improvement engineering and quality professionals, make employment decisions, and manage performance. They will lead the development and execution of strategy, scorecarding, and key performance indicator action plans.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, data analysis, and lean methods. They will be able to translate Ryder Business System concepts and strategic objectives to local situations and help all levels of the organization develop understanding and application of tools for sustainable business improvements.
