Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Supervisor position is available in Hagerstown, MD. The successful candidate will supervise, coordinate, and oversee logistics operations, provide coaching and development to staff members, and ensure progress towards meeting business objectives. The position requires experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment, and direct supervisory/leadership experience.

Requirements

• Supervise, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day logistics operations
• Plan and review logistics processes to meet company standards and customer service specifications
• Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities of workers to ensure optimal shift/team logistics
• Meet regularly with team members to monitor progress and track performance
• Cultivate team spirit and promote cooperation
• Perform other duties as assigned
