As an Account Manager, you will be commercially responsible for a portfolio of Semine's key customers. You will negotiate and renew agreements, collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Partner teams, and drive upsell, cross-sell, retention, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and strengthen relationships within the existing customer base.
- Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and renewals by understanding customer needs.
- Build and manage growth plans for strategic accounts with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams across countries to ensure a unified approach to customer growth.
- Lead regional growth initiatives and ensure strategies are adapted to different markets.
- Represent the customer's voice internally and provide feedback to product and marketing teams.
- Act as an expert in Semine's commercial processes, ensuring consistency in account, process, and contract management.
- Establish best practices and contribute to improvements across the commercial life cycle.
- Work with the Customer Growth leadership team on customer expansion strategies and risk management.
- Ensure all commercial transactions comply with relevant SaaS contracts, terms, and policies.
- Support the VP Customer Growth in implementing process and policy changes to build scalability across markets.
