Job Description
RYZ Labs is looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join one of our clients' teams. The ideal candidate will design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions by translating complex business needs into high-impact implementations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce consulting experience
- Demonstrated leadership in requirements gathering and solution design
- Strong hands-on experience leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations
- Deep understanding of Salesforce core data model, security, automation, and configuration
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation
- Experience delivering complex Salesforce projects in a client-facing environment
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Ability to learn quickly, collaborate effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment
