Requirements
- Review project plans and specifications
- Coordinate with project teams to develop complete estimates
- Perform accurate quantity 'take-offs'
- Prepare conceptual budgets
- Facilitate and secure subcontractor and/or supplier quotes
- Set-up new projects in Building Connected
- Prepare instructions to bidders, bid forms, scopes of work, and other bid solicitation information
- Review constructability issues with the project team
- Identify potential value engineering opportunities
- Present prepared estimates
- Maintain cost data base
- Communicate estimate bid information to field operations
- Participate in project pursuits and presentations
