Assembler (Switches) - Day Shift (1 year contract)

Assemble basic mechanical and electrical components, cut, crimp, strip, and label wires according to schematics and assembly instructions. Inspect mechanical and electronic components and assemblies to ensure correct component selection, placement, and wiring, according to quality standards.

Requirements

• Assemble basic mechanical and electrical components
• Cut, crimp, strip, and label wires according to schematics and assembly instructions
• Mount electrical components while routing and securing cables neatly within assemblies
• Inspect mechanical and electronic components and assemblies to ensure correct component selection, placement, and wiring, according to quality standards
• Maintain accurate records of tasks performed, deviations, and any quality concerns
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols while handling tools, equipment, and materials
• Report any safety hazards promptly
• Complete in-house training to learn how to read basic blueprints and Bills of Materials (BOLs)
• Meet department targets and consistently adhere to quality and safety standards
• Understand and comply with all applicable Company policies and rules
