Requirements
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis by applying advanced statistical methods to extract meaningful insights
- Generate regular reports that detail findings and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decisions
- Develop and maintain databases and data collection systems tailored to S&C that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Investigate, analyze, and inform on critical projects and business initiatives
- Formulate strategic recommendations based on data-driven analysis, advocating for evidence-based actions
- Source data from both primary and secondary channels, ensuring a high quality flow of reliable data
- Oversee the integrity and maintenance of data sets, flagging and escalating data issues as they are identified
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets
- Effectively communicate insights and recommendations from these trends to diverse audiences
- Filter and clean data by reviewing reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Locate and define opportunities to refine business processes, leveraging data to drive efficiency and innovation
- Develop predictive models to forecast future trends and behaviors
- Facilitate data literacy workshops for team members, enhancing the organization’s overall data competence
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the security and compliance of data handling and storage practices
- Monitor industry developments and technological advancements to keep data management practices up-to-date
- Provide weekly/monthly reports to the senior leadership team
