Requirements
- BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Power Engineering, or relevant experience.
- Product and manufacturing support experience.
- Knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals and theory with an emphasis on power engineering.
- Experience with manufacturing processes, tolerance analysis, the application of GD&T, and FMEAs
- Desire to work hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to build and grow professional relationships.
- Experience with CAD/CAM and FEA software. Experience with SolidEdge and ANSYS preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to balance multiple projects and tasks to meet milestones.
- Experience in the design and development of products utilizing castings, stampings, corrosion resistant coatings, and environmental seals.
- Preferred experience with Data Analysis, Pareto Charts, Microsoft Visual Basic, and/or Power BI
