Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 6-10 years of experience in the field
- Depth of knowledge with SCADA systems and communication protocols Modbus and DNP3
- Knowledge of codes and standards including NEC, NESC and other relevant power system standards
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Experience commissioning power system projects
- Experience with electrical power generation, distribution and/or microgrids
- Familiarity with substation IEDs
- Strong hands-on deburring capability on hardware; strong system level integration ability
- Good interpersonal skills to establish meaningful relationships built on mutual trust and respect
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
