Learner Engagement Officer

We are seeking a Learner Engagement Officer to connect adults with life-changing skills training, employability programmes, and Adult Education Budget (AEB) funded courses in the East Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and proactive individual to drive learner engagement and recruitment across the region.

Requirements

• Experience in learner recruitment, learner engagement, or recruiting learners within a training, employability, or adult education environment
• Experience working with employability programmes, adult education, or Adult Education Budget (AEB) funded training
• Knowledge of local community networks, job centres, and referral organisations
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and outreach skills
• Ability to work independently and manage outreach activity across the East Midlands
• Confidence engaging with adults from diverse backgrounds
