Job Description
The Associate Director, Agentic AI Solutions will lead the team responsible for building autonomous AI agents that can reason, plan, and execute complex tasks in a multicloud environment. The role requires strategic leadership, expertise in agentic AI frameworks, and experience in cloud architecture and AI solutions.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Cloud Architecture, or AI Solutions
- 4+ years of leadership experience, managing senior technical leads and high-impact engineering roadmaps
- Proven ability to drive 'Transformation' rather than just 'Maintenance'
- Agentic AI Frameworks: Deep conceptual and practical understanding of how AI agents function
- Multicloud Proficiency: Experience architecting solutions across at least two major cloud providers
- Low-Code/Pro-Code Synergy: Expert-level knowledge of how to use platforms like Moveworks
- Advanced Integration: Mastery of API-first architectures
- Python/Node.js Literacy: Ability to perform architectural reviews of code
