Associate Director, Software Engineering (C#, .Net, Angular, React, AWS, LLMs, Azure AI Services)

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to lead our Generative AI engineering initiatives, driving the architecture, development, and integration of AI capabilities into our existing web application ecosystem.

Requirements

• Technical Expertise: Overall, 11-15 years of experience with 7+ years of experience building enterprise-scale software with C#,.NET, and modern web frameworks
• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; master's preferred
• Leadership Experience: 3+ years of engineering management experience with teams of 4+ people.
• AI/ML Background: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Large Language Models, machine learning frameworks, or AI application development
• Cloud Proficiency: Advanced experience with AWS services; deep knowledge of serverless architectures (Lambda, SQS, API Gateway)
• Frontend Knowledge: Strong understanding of modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, Vue) and their integration with AI services
