S&P Global Market Intelligence is seeking an Associate Client Support to sit in our Kuala Lumpur office and support clients on our Debtdomain platform. The role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written forms, and the ability to prioritize tasks, adhere to deadlines, and escalate urgent matters to management.
Requirements
- Work with a global team of Service Analysts responsible for front-line client services on the Debtdomain platform
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written forms
- Support duties for the Debtdomain client service team
- Build & maintain strong customer relationships and provide outstanding client service, including onsite client coverage, training and support, where applicable.
- The ability to prioritize tasks, adhere to deadlines and escalate urgent matters to management.
- Capture and channel user feedback to the management team in order to facilitate the continuous improvement of our products and services.
- Ad hoc duties and requests as required by the business.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s issue; determining the cause of the problem; explaining the best solution or escalating to the appropriate team.
- Escalate technical issues and liaise with product and development teamwork
- Be self-motivated, take initiative, and welcome the challenge of problem solving
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task projects of short, medium, and long-term time ranges
- Collaborate and work well within multiple organizational and functional departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a tightly knit regional and global loans team
