Lead Database Engineering

We are looking for a highly self-motivated hands-on Database Engineer who will focus on our database infrastructure estate and tune database queries within our Enterprise Solutions division.

Requirements

• 10-12+ years of experience as a Database Administrator, with at least 2+ years in a lead or senior role
• Strong expertise in MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL administration
• Proven experience with database performance tuning and query optimization
• Hands-on experience with backup, recovery, replication, and high availability solutions
• Strong understanding of database security, auditing, and compliance best practices
• Experience with cloud database migration strategies and performance tuning best practices across major cloud platforms
