Quality Engineering Lead

We are seeking a Quality Engineering Lead to own and continuously improve the quality assurance strategy for high-impact Credit Analytics applications and services.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a Software Quality Assurance or similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with manual testing of REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, and web applications
• Proven experience designing and maintaining automated test suites and integrating them into GitHub CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions)
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, test strategies, and quality engineering practices
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate risks and quality concerns
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt in a complex environment
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative team environment
• High attention to detail, critical thinking, and a proactive mindset toward quality improvement
