As a Rating Analyst, you will contribute to the analysis of simpler credits, lead analysis on straightforward credits, and draft rating rationales. You will also contribute to cross-sector discussions and research, mentor junior analysts, and implement efficiency improvements using AI and automation tools.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in credit analysis of structured finance or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Solid understanding of rating methodologies and sector frameworks
- Ability to manage a small portfolio independently
- Developing cross-sector analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database applications
