We are seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to facilitate and coordinate Agile Release Train activities, ensuring alignment across multiple development teams while managing program-level execution and delivery timelines. The successful candidate will have 8+ years of agile experience and 2+ years of direct experience as a Release Train Engineer.
Requirements
- 8+ years of agile experience for a software development team, diligently applying Scrum principles.
- 2+ years of direct experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE), successfully launching and running at least three or more Program Increments (PIs) in a SAFe environment.
- SAFe Mastery: Deep, practical capability in applying and tailoring the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to optimize value delivery at the program level.
- Tooling: Experience with commonly used tools for managing an ART, such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Rally, or Jira Align.
- Communication & Conflict: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to facilitate discussions and resolve conflict at the program and stakeholder level.
- Servant Leadership: Demonstrates strong servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and continual improvement skills.
