Salesforce Product Owner

The Salesforce Product Owner is responsible for driving operational efficiency for all business stakeholders, working within the agile framework to prioritize, plan and oversee the delivery of features on their scrum team, to enhance the value of the SFDC platform and integrated systems.

Requirements

• Assisting in defining, developing, and implementing the Salesforce strategic roadmap and the releases of features for Salesforce and integrated systems
• Identifying customer needs, taking detailed business requirements from S&P Energy stakeholders, and providing guidance on business processes to the team
• Writing user stories, owning and prioritizing the backlog, and translating business needs into technical requirements for the scrum team
• Communicating with stakeholders regarding the product roadmap, timelines, and status of requests
• Working closely with Salesforce Field Support to communicate enhancements and defect fixes with end users
• Establishing and tracking key performance metrics to articulate value delivered to business stakeholders, applying lean thinking principles to drive continuous improvement
• Mentoring and guiding team members on Salesforce best practices and agile methodologies, contributing to the broader Customer Experience Product team's success
