Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to join our Business Intelligence team. The successful candidate will work directly with senior stakeholders across technology and business to shape how data is used in the organization. The role involves taking ownership of a cloud-based data platform and driving its next stage of growth. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or similar roles, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end data solutions.
Requirements
- Design and lead the development of scalable data solutions that deliver reliable and actionable insights across the organization
- Drive the evolution of the data model to ensure it supports both current and future business needs
- Architect and oversee data pipelines that efficiently ingest, transform, and serve data for analytical use cases
- Define and drive best practices in data modeling, data quality, and performance optimization across the BI platform
- Develop and optimize semantic layers that enable self-service analytics and consistent reporting
- Guide the design of dashboards and analytical products to ensure clarity, usability, and business relevance
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to align data solutions with strategic goals
