We're seeking a Senior Lead Engineer/Architect to lead architecture and help define enterprise and application architectures centered on data modeling and agentic AI applications. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in application development, including application architecture, information modeling, data governance, software development, and system integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience in application development, including application architecture, information modeling, data governance, software development, and system integration.
- Strong programming experience in Python (experience with modern web development frameworks is a plus).
- Hands-on experience building with large language models, including model selection, adaptation, and tuning techniques.
- Experience with agentic AI / LLM application frameworks for tool use, orchestration, and workflow management.
- Knowledge of prompting strategies, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and tool-augmented AI patterns.
- Familiarity with major cloud platforms and modern deployment practices, including containerization and cluster orchestration.
- Background in knowledge graphs, vector search, and embedding-based retrieval.
- Proven hands-on experience with API design, microservices, cloud computing, ETL, CI/CD, and production operations.
- Exceptional documentation and diagramming skills (e.g., UML or equivalent).
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills; able to communicate complex technical concepts across teams and leadership levels.
- Strong critical thinking, abstract problem solving, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
