Job Description
The Senior Research Analyst will support the global Sales teams of S&P Global Energy in regional account planning and lead generation. The ideal candidate will produce high-quality client and market research that enable commercial teams to close deals and pursue new opportunities. This position is also expected to become a regional expert and champion, developing stakeholder relationships and providing key insights that further enhance the service delivery of Commercial Discovery Solutions.
Requirements
- BS in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics or those linked to energy (e.g. Chemistry) or commodity markets (e.g. Agriculture)
- 3 years' experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Business Development or Market Research
- Beginner Excel skills with strong willingness to expand their technical skillset is a must
- Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot tables, Macros, If statements) is a plus
