Software Engineer Lead-Mobility

The Software Engineer Lead will own and drive major corporate platform initiatives, including modernizing and enhancing core enterprise systems, migrating platforms and workloads, and consolidating tools/technology stacks to improve reliability, security, scalability, and cost-efficiency. This role requires a strong technical leadership and delivery focus, with experience in leading large-scale migrations and consolidations, as well as a deep understanding of modern programming languages, distributed systems, and cloud platforms.

Requirements

• Technical strategy and execution for platform enhancement, migration, and consolidation programs
• End-to-end delivery: requirements discovery, solution design, implementation, testing, cutover, and post-migration stabilization
• Technical decision-making with a bias for measurable outcomes
• Leadership of a team of engineers, with a focus on technical guidance, unblock delivery, and upholding high engineering standards
• Code quality practices: design reviews, code reviews, test strategy, and technical documentation
• Mentorship and building a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational ownership
• Partnership with Corporate platform teams, product, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, IT, and business stakeholders
• Communication of progress through concise status updates, technical demos, and executive-ready summaries
