Totem Product Analysis & Design Associate Director

The Totem Product Analysis & Design Associate Director is responsible for driving the Totem Product forward by focusing on the pillars of Coverage, Accuracy, and Transparency, leveraging expertise in financial markets. The role involves collaborating with client-facing analysts and the IT department to deliver forward-thinking solutions, both standard and tactical.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or Master’s degree in a financial or quantitative discipline
• Proven track record in dealing with Derivatives financial instruments as either Product Control specialist, Pricing role or Risk Management in a Financial institution
• Over 6 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problems solving skills
• Data analysis skills
• Proficiency in Python desirable
• Expertise in a Financial Derivatives asset class a plus (preferably Interest Rates Derivatives)
• Prior industry experience at reputable financial institutions or financial services firm is desirable
• Practical understanding of the basics of mathematical finance and derivatives pricing
