Job Description
S-PRO is seeking a highly driven and hands-on Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of short-term software development projects. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing software development projects, a strong understanding of modern web and cloud technologies, and excellent communication skills in English.
Requirements
- Own end-to-end delivery of software projects from discovery through launch
- Act as the single point of accountability for scope, timeline, quality, and client satisfaction
- Lead discovery and requirements gathering independently
- Build and manage delivery teams, including staffing, onboarding, and adjusting team composition
- Drive delivery processes and maintain a well-structured backlog
