Community Visiting Nurse ( Registered Nurse RN)

S.R.T. MedStaff is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide safe and holistic nursing care to patients in various service delivery locations primarily in the Woodbridge/Maple area. Responsibilities include formulating a plan of care, providing nursing care, evaluating treatment plans, and promoting patient safety.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse in good standing with College of Nurses of Ontario
• One (1) year recent experience in the community
• Excellent problem solving, time management, and crisis resolution skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with Information Technology
• Current CPR (BCLS) Certificate; ACLS/NRP for Specialty Nurses
• VSS within the past year of hire confirming absence of a criminal history/record
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
