Overnight Customer Service Representative Store 1

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for ensuring safety, profitability, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role reports to the Store Manager and requires excellent customer service skills, basic arithmetic operations, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED (preferred)
• Experience in retail sales and customer service (preferred)
• Work as scheduled and arrive on time
• Communicate (orally and in writing) in English and engage in conversation
• Perform basic arithmetic operations
• Work both independently and part of a team as necessary
