Requirements
- Customer Behavior Analytics: Dive into the data to discover how users navigate our platforms and where we can remove friction.
- CRO & A/B Testing: Proactively come up with hypotheses, set up A/B tests, and analyze the results to see what truly drives growth.
- Online Merchandising: Support the team in ensuring products are categorized optimally and easily found, using data-driven insights to prioritize improvements.
- Dashboarding & Reporting: Help build and maintain dashboards that visualize eCommerce performance and "customer health" for our partners.
- Actionable Insights: Translate customer feedback and data patterns into concrete action points for the product roadmap.
