We're looking for an Experienced Systems Engineer to work on system solutions for Sweden's defense, improving value flows from idea to delivery in an organization in change. The role requires a holistic perspective with technical depth and experience in system work, system architecture, and lean/agile working methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
• Multiple years of experience (3+ years) in system work within software, mechanics, or electronics
• Experience of system architecture, including requirement management
• Experience of lean/agile working methods in cross-functional teams
• Ability to communicate the system's functionality and architecture to various stakeholders
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, in speech and writing
